Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Cooling-Off Period
Students who withdraw in writing within 14 calendar days of their programme start date, and before completing more than 20% of the programme's coursework, are entitled to a full refund of tuition fees paid, less any non-refundable application fee.
2. Withdrawal After the Cooling-Off Period
- Within the first 25% of the programme: 50% refund of tuition fees paid for the current term.
- Between 25% and 50% of the programme: 25% refund of tuition fees paid for the current term.
- After 50% of the programme: No refund of tuition fees for the current term.
3. How to Request a Refund
Submit a written withdrawal request via your Student Portal (Billing) or by contacting the Finance Office through our Contact page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Application fees, certificate/verification fees, and third-party payment processor fees are non-refundable.
5. Programme Cancellation by the University
If the university cancels a programme or course before completion, affected students receive a full refund of fees paid for that programme, or the option to transfer to an equivalent programme at no additional cost.
6. Scholarships & Financial Aid
Refunds are calculated on the net tuition amount actually paid by the student (after scholarships or financial aid applied). Scholarship funds are not refunded in cash.
7. Disputes
If you believe a refund has been calculated incorrectly, contact the Finance Office within 30 days of the decision for review.
