1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cambridge International University ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Academic Programmes

Programme content, fees, and schedules are described on the Programmes pages and may be updated from time to time. Enrolment is subject to admissions review and payment of applicable fees.

4. Tuition & Payments

Tuition fees are payable according to the fee schedule provided at enrolment. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, Wise). See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. AI-Assisted Features

The Platform includes an AI Tutor and other AI-assisted tools to support learning, auto-marking, and administrative processes. AI-generated content is provided for guidance and study support; it does not replace instructor judgement and may occasionally be inaccurate. You should verify important information independently.

6. Academic Integrity

Students must submit original work. Plagiarism, contract cheating, or misuse of AI tools to circumvent genuine learning may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, at the university's discretion.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or infringing content, or interfere with the Platform's operation.

8. Intellectual Property

Course materials, branding, and Platform software are owned by Cambridge International University or its licensors. Open-access library resources retain the licences under which they were published (see resource pages for details).

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cambridge International University is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
